We are proud of the hard work put in by our staff, teachers and students. Discover English has been a finalist in many industry awards and the staff has been invited to present at various events and conferences.

2019 NEAS Quality Endorsement

Discover English is Quality Endorsed as a provider of English Language Intensive Courses for Overseas Students Quality Endorsement indicates that the provider has demonstrated achievement with the NEAS Quality Assurance principles in English Language Teaching.

2015 English Australia Conference

Discover English Teacher, Ali Shahsavand was invited to speak during the English Australia Conference. The topic of the presentation was Preparing Students for PTE Academic.

2014 Cambridge English Language Assessment Awards for preparation centres

Outstanding student care - finalist In July 2014 Discover English will attend the Cambridge Awards where we will have the opportunity to deliver a short presentation to all participating event finalists. The winner of the Awards will be announced at the event. Wish us luck!

2012 English Australia Conference

Discover English Academic Manager was invited to speak during the English Australia Conference. The topic of the presentation was Managing Students at Risk: Policies, Procedures and Practices.

English Language Training – finalist The VIEA are designed to promote and reward outstanding achievement and excellence among students and education providers in Victoria.

2015 Cambridge English Language Assessment Awards for preparation centres

Excellent Business Growth - finalist Outstanding Service to Customers - highly commended For the second year in a row Discover English efforts have been recognised and we were invited to attend the Cambridge Awards in July 2015. As one of the finalists we will have the opportunity to deliver a presentation to all participating event language schools and judging panel. The winner of the Awards will be announced at the event. English Language Training – finalist Student Experience – finalist The judging panel highly commended Discover English for student support – especially for its strong engagement with international students in an innovative program. The VIEA are designed to promote and reward outstanding achievement and excellence among students and education providers in Victoria.

2010 NEAS Conference

Discover English Director of Studies was invited to contribute to English language industry conference and spoke about Recruitment Practices in English Language Teaching centres. The presentation and workshops focused on innovative and effective ways to recruit the teachers and teacher induction.
